Return and Exchange Policy

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

 

Return & Exchange Policy (if applicable)​​

We accept returns and exchanges. Customers have the right to apply for a return or exchange within ​​3 days​​ of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return/exchange:

 

Items must be unused and in the ​​same condition​​ as when you received them.

Items must be in their ​​original packaging​​.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

Customers are only required to pay shipping fees ​​once​​ (including returns). For exchange orders, once the returned item is received at our warehouse, we will dispatch a new package.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD) Specific Terms

​Pre-Delivery Inspection

​Immediately inspect the product upon receipt:

 Ensure no damage, stains, or quality issues;

 Verify size, style, and color match the order description.

​Reject non-compliant items on the spot: Inform the delivery personnel immediately to arrange reshipment or a refund.

​Post-Delivery Non-Quality Issues

​Request window: Submit return requests within ​3 days for reasons like sizing/color/style discrepancies.

​Product condition: Unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

​Late or used items: Requests will be denied if submitted after 3 days or if the product has been used.

​Shipping Liability

Defective products: Shipping fees covered by the merchant.

Non-quality issues: Buyer bears shipping costs (no additional restocking fees).

 

Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at .
